Shipping Terms
Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 3 days. For shipping within Australia, please allow 5-7 working days from date of shipment. For deliveries outside Australia please allow 10-14 working days. 

Packaging
Original artwork will be packed flat. We make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.

Payments
Payments accepted with credit card or Paypal.

Postage
Postage is $10 flat rate. Shipping will be executed with Australia post and International courier; a tracking number will be provided.

Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

Colours
Please keep in mind that the colours of artworks might differ from those onscreen. We try to capture the colours precisely but any monitor is calibrated differently.

Original Drawings
All media used are lightfast. From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age. Original artworks are unique pieces of art, signed, titled and dated on the reverse.

Fine Art Prints/Commissions
available on request.

Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Isabella Carmellini. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Isabella Carmellini.

Return policy
Due to the nature of transporting art, returns and exchange are not offered for change of mind. I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. All shippings are insured. Please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside and email me.
